Literary hack Thom Hearn knows he grinds out crap for airport reading, but his ego is still big enough that he's not surprised by an invitation to a conference in the lush tropics to improve the world. After a harrowing trek to find the resort after his plane ditches in the jungle, he finds out that he was invited by mistake. While thoughts of enormous lawsuits swirl in his head, he can't help falling in love with this Utopian locale.
